information for buying clubs

Please read the information below before filling out our customer form. 

STep 1

Carefully read the order & shipping info. Here you will find order minimums and payment information. If you want to get to know more about how we operate, check out the FAQ to see some commonly asked questions about Jiva Organics.

Step 2

Fill out the application form. Make sure to state on the form that you are a buying club. If you have any questions, feel free to put them in the 'comments' section and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Step 3

Once you have submitted the application, we will process it confirm your new account with us via e-mail within 1-3 business days. When you're ready, we will walk you through your first order with us and provide you with all the relevant information you will need to easily place orders with us in the future!

Step 4

Once your account has been activated, you can submit orders via email, phone, or even online! We just ask that you have the product codes ready as this helps us to provide you with exactly what you want, mistake free. Don't forgot to sign up for our weekly specials.
